When you register and create a membership; you have authorized Shathra to use your information such as and not limited to name, address, phone number, orders history..etc, Shathra is committed to secure your information and not to reveal it with non Shathra partners.

You are responsible to maintain the confidentiality of your personal information and your account password and not to reveal it to others, in case you reveal such information you are responsible for any activity results, such as ordering and changing and removing your personal information. You have to inform Shathra immediately after realizing unauthorized use of your account.
Shathra has no liability of any direct or indirect moral and material loss caused after you reveal your username or account password or any other account information.
You are committed to use Shathra earnestly and credibility, in case of purposely trying or causing damage; directly or indirectly to Shathra , Shathra has the right to demand for indemnity legally.

Shathra has the right to contact you, through phone calls or text messages via your contact numbers regarding your orders or any related delivery and receipt processes or other matters at any time.
Shathra will return any defective product only if it has been notified about that defect no longer than 24 hours after receiving the product.
